Making An Emergency Appropriation To The Department Of Health.

Abstract

Makes emergency appropriations to the department of health provide funds for supplies, personnel, equipment, and related efforts to implement the State's COVID-19 vaccination plan and other COVID-19 related expenses. Requires that should any project or program paid for by state funds become eligible for federal reimbursement, those federal funds shall be deposited into the general fund. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
